This resource is the for the first lesson in a series of science lessons based on animal habitats. It includes an editable worksheet, animal pictures and a challenge worksheet task. The task is to aimed to promote discussion about animals and their habitats and so I will be allowing my class to work with a partner or in small groups. The discussion should allow children to begin to make connections between habitats and adaptation.
